Gerald Cook

Gerald Cook is a bivocational pastor with an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a Graduate Certificate in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Gerald is also pursuing a master’s degree in Church Revitalization from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.

Gerald is a developer of men and served as Men’s Ministry Coordinator at Brentwood Baptist Church where he spearheaded men’s events, founded and led the popular Sportsmen’s Group, and was a leader in the Men In Training program. Gerald also has a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Pharmaceutical Communication from University of Chicago and has been a leader in the medical field for companies like Eli Lilly, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Terumo Blood & Cell Technologies.

He is also an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. Gerald enjoys hunting ducks, geese, pheasant, quail, and grouse. He trains his own gundogs and has a line of Labradors imported from Ireland.

Family is of utmost importance to Gerald. He and his wife, Tami, have one son, Austin, and one daughter, Angela. Austin is married to Anna Beth, and they live in Northern Iowa. Angela recently returned from college and lives in Franklin. Gerald's family provides him with constant support and serves as a source of strength in his life.
